Return policy facilitates the following actions:

The order may be canceled as long as it has not left our facilities. Such cancellation will have no cost to the customer by calling the phone beforehand or writing an email to [email protected]

You can make a claim on the order and at no cost to the customer in the following cases:

If the products and / or the quantity received does not correspond to the requested one.

• If the shipment arrives at the customer's address with damages that affect the quality of the products such as breakages, spills, etc.

The claim must be made within 14 days of receiving the merchandise. As of this date is not responsible for the use of the order. 

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your product purchased through the Internet, you have a period of 14 business days, from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to Art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on Retail Trade Management as amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19).

In this case the shipping and collection costs will be borne by the customer and must be made by courier (shipments by Post will not be collected). NO REFUNDS WILL BE ACCEPTED FREIGHT COLLECT.

Before making such a return, the client must contact us within the indicated period through the email [email protected] where the return process will be indicated. Any return without this prior communication will not be received.

In order to accept the return, both the product and its original packaging must be in perfect condition, without use, without scratches or broken or damaged packaging and including all the documentation that accompanies the product as well as its accessories.

The customer must make a correct packaging to ensure transport without damage. Once received and verified by our staff that the product is in the same state in which it was sent, we will proceed to refund the amount of the item (not including the actual shipping costs billed by the transport company) by the same means by the That was paid.
